A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all services when booking and signing the contract. Forms of payment are cash, check, or money order is written to 501 Ranch Events. Final payment for all services is due 30 days before the event date in form of cash, check, or money order written to 501 Ranch Events. Non-payment of agreed terms specified in the contract shall result in the cancellation of the event.
