In order to use any kitchen for any event you must have licensed catering/ bar service if serving food or alcohol

$1000 holiday charge added on any holiday date

Events can be up to 6 hours long (except at eatery), but alcohol cannot be served for more than 4 consecutive hours.

All events must have security, we require a minimum of 3 officers. The uvalde sheriffs department charges $55 an hour per officer. Cash or check personal payment due to them day of event.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all services at the time of booking and signing of contract. Forms of payment are cash, credit card, check or money order written to 501 Ranch Events. Final payment for all services is due 30 days prior to event date in form of cash, credit card, check or money order written to 501 Ranch Events. Non-payment of agreed terms specified in contract shall result in cancellation of event.
